MaxLiberty is a personal scheduling and planning tool. It is not official U.S. Navy or Department of Defense software, is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. Navy or DoD, and is not a system of record for duty, leave, or pay.
Duty projections, holiday calculations, leave-balance math, and optimizer suggestions are estimates produced from the numbers you enter. They may be wrong — schedules change, leave-charging rules and carryover caps change, and command-specific policies vary. You are responsible for verifying all duty, leave, and pay information against official command sources (your chain of command, NSIPS/MyNavy HR, your leave and earnings statement) before acting on it. We accept no liability for missed duty, denied or miscounted leave, or any other consequence of relying on this app.
MaxLiberty is unlocked with a one-time fee of $1.99. It is not a subscription; there are no recurring charges. Payment is processed by Stripe. If you are unsatisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting support at the email listed on the page where you bought the app; after 14 days the fee is non-refundable except where required by law.
One purchase unlocks the app for one person. To keep the one-time price sustainable, we may block or flag signups designed to dodge the fee (for example, re-using the same payment card to unlock multiple "new" accounts). Don't use the app for anything unlawful, and don't attempt to disrupt the payment or account systems.
Your duty, swap, leave, and settings data is stored only on your device and can be erased by you at any time from Settings. Because we don't hold a copy, we cannot recover your data if your device or browser storage is cleared. See the Privacy Policy for details.
We may update these terms; material changes will be shown in the app. Continuing to use MaxLiberty after a change means you accept the updated terms.
